This one-hour tutorial is designed to help individuals understand the fundamentals of amateur radio and help guide them in the licensing process. Program topics will include:

· What is amateur radio

· Different modes/options of amateur radio

· Amateur radio and emergency communications (EmComm)

· How/Where to get started

The Intro to Ham Radio program will begin at 11am. Lunch will be provided after the program.
