Chuck Harder, KB4JOM – Silent Key
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our friend and fellow Cleveland ARC family member, Chuck Harder, KB4JOM. Chuck was an avid amateur radio operator and a devoted club member who served as a Volunteer Examiner. Administering over 140 test sessions for the ARRL.
