• Order in Person: Visit any regularly scheduled CARC meeting prior to the deadline to submit your order.

Member Sales Guidelines

Member participation is key to making this fundraiser a success!

• Physical Sales Packets: Pick up a complete kit—including a physical catalog, order sheet, and payment envelope—at the clubhouse during:
  • Regularly scheduled club meetings
  • Club Radio Nights
  • Saturday morning gatherings
• Digital Sales Packets: Print your materials directly at home:
  • Download Product Catalog
  • Download Order Form (Note: If printing at home, please supply your own collection envelope for cash or check payments).

Deadline & Delivery Information

Processing: All order forms and payment must be submitted together by the deadline to ensure processing and guaranteed delivery prior to the upcoming holidays.
