On-Going Celebration – March Mountain Madness!


  In an on-going celebration of serving the Amateur Radio Community for 60 years in Cleveland, Tennessee and surrounding areas, the Cleveland Amateur Radio Club will be celebrating with our amateur radio brothers of the McMinn County Amateur Radio Club, by jointly participating in their Mountain Topping exercise. Better known for the month of March as March Madness.

  For the month of March, we will be operating in this event each weekend. We will be going to Oswald Dome, activating the club house, activating from different locations, etc… With our typical March weather, most of our plans will be last minute so keep up with the CARC Facebook page for up-to-date information.   Also, if you are unavailable to attend one of these events, but want to participate, we strongly encourage you to activate from home. Frequencies and locations can be provided by requesting a Winlink position report.

On-going Celebration at the Dalton Hamfest

   In an on-going celebration of serving the Amateur Radio Community for 60 years in Cleveland, Tennessee and surrounding areas, the Cleveland Amateur Radio Club will be celebrating with our amateur radio brothers of the Dalton Amateur Radio Club at the Dalton Hamfest, February 26th.

  Swing by our booth to learn more about our club history, planned activities, local repeaters or for a good ole’ fashion eyeball QSO with the operators of the KA4J and W4GZX amateur radio stations.

Clubhouse Activation – Winter Field Day
