Cleveland ARC to Activate the Club House for the ARRL International DX Contest this Weekend

The Cleveland Amateur Radio Club will be activating the Club House this weekend, for the American Radio Relay League’s International DX Contest. Last year we participated in the Multi-Two category, with a final score of 175,725 points for 371 contacts. This put us in 3rd place in the Southeast Region, 1st place in the Tennessee Section and 1st place in the Delta Division, for stations operating in Multi-Two category.

Activation will begin at 00:00z hours March 4th (Friday March 3rd at 7PM). Complete details and rules can be found at: http://www.arrl.org/arrl-dx.
As an added benefit to working this contest, the Activities Committee will be hosting a Pot-Luck dinner at the clubhouse. The dinner will begin at 5pm Saturday evening. So be sure and bring your appetite for Home Cooked cuisine and Long Range contacts.

If you are interested in participating or have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me at w4juu@carc.cc . Or if you have any questions or comments about the Pot-Luck, please contact Sandy White at jean122447@gmail.com
