Tower Work Continues at the CARC
Tower work continued at the CARC Clubhouse on Saturday August 15th. The tower and rotator for the 20-Meter beam is now complete. Now we just need to get the antenna build and put up on the tower.

Radio Operators Save the Day at the Black Bear Rampage
Radio Operators from the Cleveland ARC, Chattanooga ARC, and Collegedale ARC joined forces to assist Scott’s Bike Shop with their annual Black Bear Rampage bike race in the Cherokee National Forest near the Olympic White Water Center in Polk Co, TN. Red Clay State Park Presents CARC with Ms. Barbara Award

Tune in to the W4GZX VHF repeater for the Monday night Emergency Services Net at 8:00PM. The W4GZX repeater operates on 146.925 MHz and has a – offset and a tone of 114.8. The backup repeater is the KA4ELN 147.375 repeater with a + offset and tone of 123.
