Southeast Tennessee Amateur Radio (STAR) Net

Print

The Southeast Tennessee Amateur Radio (STAR) Net is the official net of the Cleveland Amateur Radio Club. Each Thursday night (except for the third Thursday of each month) we meet at 8:30PM on the 147.180 repeater. Everyone with a valid amateur radio license is invited to check in, regardless of your club membership status.

The STAR Net may be used as an avenue to pass traffic into the National Traffic System. We also host an announcements section, keeping you up-to-date in regards to amateur radio events in the area. Our newly-revived rag chew portion of the net features a different topic each week, generally related to amateur radio. Don't forget the Swap Shop, where you can buy/sell/trade your gear with other area hams.

Again, check-ins are open to anyone with a valid amateur radio license, so feel free to join in!
