Tim Troutman, Warning Coordination Meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Morristown, conducted spotter training for over 70 people. President Derek Wooley KD5UBL was among members of the Cleveland Amateur Radio Club who were available to answer questions from non-hams attending having interest in getting their amateur license. It's the largest crowd ever for a spotter school conducted at the Emergency Management Agency.
